Menegaskan Pancasila dalam Pembentukan Peraturan Perundang-Undangan

Abstract

Pancasila has established itself as one of the linking media in social, national, and state life in Indonesia as the fundamental tenet of the Indonesian people. The five guiding principles of Pancasila fortify the base of Indonesian state life against internal and external attacks. Pancasila must be included in the category of substantive legal sources for the construction of legal settlements in the legal environment, particularly in the establishment of legal settlements. When addressing the intellectual and sociological underpinnings of the legislative process, it appears that the principles of Pancasila need to be examined in greater detail.
