Abstract

The presence of sharia banks with an interest-free philosophy has its own significance for national economic development efforts. The current national banking system is still dominated by the interest system, which for the majority of the lower middle class is a crucial problem, because it is burdened with the thought of not only returning principal loan capital, but also paying back interest. This research uses qualitative field research. Data sources were selected based on criteria, namely four bank employees and seven mabrur financing customers. The operational mechanism is to start by filling in the registration form with complete data along with parent/guardian data with a minimum initial deposit of IDR. 100,000 when opening an account. After the balance reaches Rp. 25,100,000 customers will be registered with the Integrated Hajj Computerized System (SISKOHAT). In implementing mudhorobah and mutlaqah, banks act as mudharrib who have the authority to develop or manage customer funds (shahibul mal) provided that they do not conflict with legal provisions, are halal, and do not conflict with sharia principles. It can take various forms, including buying and selling, renting and investing based on sharia principles. Likewise, the profit sharing system or ratio that is applied must be agreed upon by both parties. The distribution ratio must be stated and stated in the account bookkeeping contract.
