Muslim women's economic participation through entrepreneurship expands their contribution to household income and economic development, yet simultaneously brings business demands into contact with family responsibilities. This article aims to synthesize how Muslim women entrepreneurs negotiate these two domains and to situate work-life balance within an Islamic economic perspective, using Banyuwangi as the analytical context. The study employs an integrative literature review of sources used in the initial manuscript and local secondary data, followed by thematic synthesis. The findings reveal four key themes: role conflict and negotiation; time management, flexibility, and priority setting; family support and role division; and Islamic values as a source of ethics and orientation toward balance. Work-life balance is understood not as an equal division of time, but as the ability to sustain business operations, family relationships, and well-being through the adaptive management of role boundaries. From an Islamic economic perspective, the sustainability of women's economic participation requires support from family, the business ecosystem, and ethical business practices
