Traders in Magelang City are the tip of a business, as well as the area that should be easiest to develop. All businesses are related to trade. Trade is no sales no business. There is no business that does not start with sales or trading. This logical principle should apply to the fate of all traders, the majority of whom are women in traditional markets, MSMEs and cooperatives in Magelang City. For recommendations on Regional Regulation (Regional Regulation) no. 7 of 2013 is better changed. The reason is that the foundation is actually quite strong. But the implementation has deviated a lot and there is no support for the people and small traders. In the evaluation portrait of Laws, Presidential Decrees, Government Regulations, Ministerial Regulations, Gubernatorial Regulations, Regional Regulations, linear regulations, what the researchers studied can be concluded specifically that the definition of people's economy in Traditional Markets contains 3 (three) elements, including: (a) Traditional Markets itself which can also be called the People's Market, (b) MSMEs, and (c) Cooperatives. It is hoped that these three elements will be taken as the main role by the Village in its Village Regulations (Village Regulations) as collective partisan measures (not personal practices). The results of this research show that there are 10 aspects that need to be changed or improved in the arrangement of traditional markets, shopping centers and modern shops in accordance with Regional Regulation No. 07 of 2013 concerning the arrangement and development of traditional markets (people's markets), shopping centers and modern shops.
