The goal of the study is to describe how operational management theory is used in a micro, small, and medium enterprise's production process. Using qualitative research techniques, Richar L. Darft's theory on operational management and Jay Heizer and Barry Render's theory on production were developed through a literature review. methods for gathering data with documentation studies. Techniques for processing data that include reduction, data visualization, and conclusion-drawing. the triangulation of sources with data validity approach. The findings revealed that The process of generating products or services is referred to as production. Operational management of production is a method of using available resources to produce goods that are useful to micro, small, and medium-sized businesses. It entails the following activities: production planning, which entails planning materials and product manufacturing processes; organizing the production process, which entails dividing the equipment, materials, and labor; directing the production process, which entails enforcing work product quality; and controlling the production process.
