Abstract

The science and art of managing a workforce's relationships and functions so that they are successful and efficient in achieving the objectives of the business, the employees, and society are known as human resource management. The data used in this study came from both primary and secondary data sources, including documents, books, research journals, articles, the internet, and scientific magazines that were relevant to the problem at hand. Primary data came from sources at the Pesanggaran Sharia slaughterhouse. In this study, observation, interviews, and documentation techniques were employed to collect data. The Miles and Huberman model is the method of data analysis employed. By paying its employees a living wage, the UD Jagal Syariah Pesanggaran Banyuwangi district is able to improve performance through human resource management. Daily and monthly earnings are the types of pay offered. Apart from that, amenities like a rest space, a prayer room, and dining options are offered to make the workers comfortable. This intends to raise staff productivity across the board at UD Jagal Syariah in Banyuwangi regency's Pesanggaran subdistrict.
